Novela zákona o veřejných zakázkách

Dne 9. září 2009 schválila Poslanecká sněmovna ČR novelu zákona č. 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách (sněmovní tisk č. 882). K projednání do Senátu ČR byla novela doručena 14.9.2009. Novela zákona odráží zejména nutnou transpozici evropského práva do českých norem, konkrétně evropskou směrnici č. 2007/66/ES.
