Veřejné zakázky

Dne 30. prosince 2010 byl ve Sbírce zákonů ČR uveřejněn zákon č. 423/2010 Sb., kterým se mění zákon č. 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách. Významnou změnou je zrušení písm. m) v článku 53 Základní kvalifikační předpoklady, dle kterého se mohly veřejných zakázek účastnit jen akciové společnosti mající vydány pouze akcie na jméno a tyto společnosti musely dále předložit seznam akcionářů.
