Zákon o veřejných zakázkách

Dne 1. dubna 2012 vstoupila v platnost novela zákona č. 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách.

Tato novela přináší zásadní změny v zadávání veřejných zakázek. Jednou z klíčových změn je snížení limitů pro zakázky malého rozsahu na 1 milion Kč pro dodávky a služby a 3 miliony Kč pro stavební práce.
