Zákon o veřejných zakázkách

Dne 12. září 2011 nabyl účinnosti zákon č. 258/2011 Sb., kterým se mění zákon č. 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách. Provedené změny se týkají zejména zadávání veřejných zakázek v oblasti obrany a bezpečnosti.
